By booking and completing checkout, you agree to the terms below. No separate signature is needed — placing your order is your acceptance of this agreement.
What you're renting
Your rental includes the totes and any equipment (such as a dolly) listed on your order. Everything is yours to use from the moment it's delivered until we complete pickup. Please return all items in the same condition they arrived in, aside from normal wear and tear.
Check your totes at delivery
We record the count and condition of every item at drop-off and again at pickup. If anything arrives damaged or your count looks off, let us know within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ivycoboomerangboxes.com. After that window, items are considered accepted as delivered.
Damage or loss
You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, and for any items that aren't returned. Replacement costs:
- Tote (bin + lid): $20 each
- Tote dolly: $40 each
Any damage, loss, or other charges under this agreement will be billed to the card you used at checkout.
Card on file
You authorize Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes to charge the card used at checkout for any amounts owed under this agreement — including damage, loss, late returns, and missed pickups. Your payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Returning late
Your rental period is 14 days (2 weeks) from delivery. If items aren't ready for pickup on your scheduled date, a late fee applies for each additional week, or part of a week, until pickup. The fee equals your package's weekly extension rate, which ranges from $40 to $100 depending on package size. Need more time? Just reach out before your pickup date (see Extensions below).
Pickup access
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready to go on your scheduled pickup date. If we arrive and the items aren't ready or reachable, a missed-pickup fee of $35 may apply to cover the return trip.
What the totes are for
Please don't use the totes for:
- Hazardous materials
- Liquids that aren't properly sealed
- Anything illegal, or contents that could damage the totes
You're responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your delivery date. Cancellations after that are subject to a $30 fee. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Where we deliver
Delivery and pickup are free within 25 miles of Fort Wayne, IN. Outside that zone? Reach out for a custom delivery quote and we'll see what we can do.
Extensions
Contact us before your scheduled pickup date if you need more time. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
Condition of items
All totes and equipment are delivered clean and in usable condition.
Liability
Ivy & Co Boomerang Boxes is not liable for injury or for damage to your personal property during use of the equipment. You assume the risks associated with using the totes and equipment.
